Adult Membership

+ $79 Lifetime Activation Fees

For patients with regular cleaning and absence of any periodontal disease.

  • Professional dental cleanings (2 per year)

  • Doctor exams (1-2 per year)

  • Full mouth x-rays *

  • One emergency exam per year *

  • 20% off all other treatments (some exclusions may apply)

Child Membership

$35.00/mo

+ $79 Lifetime Activation Fees

Save: $400+ a year 🎉
For patients (13 and below) with regular cleaning and absence of any periodontal disease.

  • Professional dental cleanings (2 per year)

  • Doctor exams (1-2 per year)

  • Full mouth x-rays *

  • One emergency exam per year *

  • Flouride treatment (2 per year)

  • 20% off all other treatments (some exclusions may apply)

Plan Details

  • Activation fees is due on the first day of Joining and non-refundable.

  • Membership is Non-Transferrable and cannot be combined with any other discounts, promotions or insurance.

  • Membership must be active to avail 20% discount on the treatments

  • * x-rays and emergency exams are done only on need basis

  • Membership must be maintained monthly; failure to pay will require a new activation fee to reinstate.
